The honey bee colony is made up of three collaborative players; the queen, the drone, and the worker bee. All three roles work together day in and day out to ensure a simple yet sustainable existence...gathering food for the colony, nurturing new members of the community, contributing means for survival and growth, heating and cooling the hive, and celebrating abundance through practiced communication skills.
Like the honey bee, APISync efficiency and beneficial reuse solutions are couched in the power of collaboration, transformation, and celebration.
Three distinct yet interrelated areas of practice make up APISync's approach to an engagement :
Identify and establish nutrition cycles for your business and community through simple and effective material flow connections, beneficial reuse and recycling programs.

APIS trivia - nature as mentor
The term "bee line" is a metaphor that describes a direct and efficient course, ' we made a bee line for the water station when the race was completed...'. Originated by farmers who raised honey bees to pollinate their spring and fall crops, a "bee line" was their description of the very direct route taken back to the hive by a worker honey bee laden with nectar.
In fact, the return trip of a worker bee to it's colony is so efficient, many bee keepers would locate their hives on raised platforms or hills to minimize repeated honey bee / human collisions during peak pollination season.
Are there "bee line" opportunities for efficiency to be discovered in your workplace? APISync can help.
